Weekend flash back.....

Hello you, I've had the loveliest weekend. Started with the Placebo concert.

 

  
I felt better so decided to go whatever happens. And worth it was. It was a long time ago that I saw so much rock&Rolla on stage. If they play in your area, go and see guy's.

Unfortunately at the end of the evening my migraine was back in business so there was no pub crawl for me. Thank god that we went by car instead of by train, we went at home in one hour, so I can take a rest. 

Rik was off from work this weekend so when he took care of Puck, I slept almost the whole friday. Saturday was our lil "sinterklaas party' We had a lot of fun when Rik wears the costume and we made tons of pictures.

 Of course rum and choco was available.

Sunday we had some relaxing time, we are serious hooked at Hank Moody. What a brilliant series is that. Did someone see this?

We finished season one so hope we find time to catch up with the second season.

Ok for the ones who want to know, we are not gonna move. The house is to expensive for us and there is to much to do. Only the walls stay's in the house and the rest we have to put down an built again. We think it is the best choice for now.

Weird day's

Hi guy's,feeling ok?

I feel bad. I had a terrible migraine these last day's. Laying down in bed with everything closed was the only thing that helped, but you can understand not good at all. Feeling a lil depressed because I skipped a day at work but It felt like my head is gonna explode! Right now I'am feeling a lil bit better so wanna let you know what's going on here.

First of all we looked for a new house, there is a beautiful lil house for sale in our street so we have to look our it fits us. The price is to high, and there is a lot to rebuilt but we love the garden.....30 meters to walk around, and at the end there is a big barn with great light for a new studio (ok, keep on dreaming) Rik and i decide to act like grown ups and think about this 10 years project twice!!! So I let you know what we decide.

Also preparing for Puck's first Sinterklaas" I love to give home-made products so we made wine jam with vanilla in red and white wine for our parents and of-course I made a photo book from her first half year. Think we gonna have fun saturday, Rik brought a Sinterklaas costume home, so we are fighting who wears it (LOL)

 

And of-course my knitting project. It will turn out in a scarf but you have to be patient with me.

 

 

Ok off to look what I wear tonight we are going to see Placebo in concert!!!!

Random facts

OMG it is december already. Making up for a new year and for my favorite day's at the end....... x-mas time is coming.

Preparing a lot of party time, so hope that it will be just as nice as last year guy's. 

And of course i'll will change my blog into a x-mas tree. Hope to find time this weekend.

1. I don't care that my socks are not the same, wear most of the time different colors.

Newspaper play ground

Never thought this will turn out in such an amazing project. With help from my mom we made a great play ground for in the living so Puck can play along. What do you think?

Ok what are you up to this weekend? We having diner with both families tonight, rik is cooking indian food with his dad for two day's now so I guess we have a great diner party tonight. Also preparing the december month, buying presents for "sinterklaas" (dutch party with presents etc) x-mas, baking cookies love to do that in this month and time for a lil creative stuff. Started a december album with all my thoughts, memories and pictures. Love to see all that x-mas party's back a few years later. And we planned just like every year a x-mas pre diner with my nieces and here boy friends so busy times around here and I LOVE that.

Missing a concert! Are you crazy?

Weekend is over right now,we preparing for the coming week. 

We planned a lil concert break tonight but we can't make it unfortunately. Last night Puck was not sleeping at all and we are both tired as hell. Coming week is so busy with work so we decided not to go out tonight seeing mr. Pete Dorethy. Sorry guy's hope you have a good one without us. And make someone happy with the tickets.

 

Feeling so mature right now, if u told me this story a year ago that I'd cancel a concert I think I'd laugh in your face. But....also Mika is turning out to be an adult (LOL)

It was great reading your posts the last day's. Because I'am not around so often the last months you make my day to check Mikascrap every time again. Thanxs guy's.

O and my dad loves the canvas, He gave it a nice spot near the entrance so he can look all day to this lil girl.

And starting a new project today. Searched for my knitting stuff and found a nice color to start a new scarf. I'am not too good in this but I love the relaxing thing about this. Sitting down, do something and watching tv at the same time. Great thing to do after a long day of work.

My weekend starts right now with a free night at home. Glass of wine, Mad men in the dvd player and relaxing time is started.  Of-course we planned a lot of fun stuff this weekend but that I tell you later.

I promised you the birthday canvas for my dad, so in love with this one (maybe I make one for myself?)

The lil hands  are made by Puck. Hope my dad is happy with this one.

Back on track

No I'm not joining the army! LOL

A short and quick one today just to tell you that I'm back on track.

What took me so long....?I really don't know. The day's come and go and there is so much to do. So much nice things to do, don't get me wrong. Birthday party's, family visits, shopping, preparing x-mas, working, taking care of Puck etc etc. Sometimes I want that there is 48 hours in one day do I can do all my stuff.

But since last week there is some time and creative spirit going on. Finished a great canvas today. My dad is celebrated his birthday coming weekend so I made one for him. Show you this week.

Halloween at the first of november

Happy weekend everybody, 

it is the first of november already, time flies when your having fun! 

And fun it was yesterday. We surprised my birthday brother with a paintbal party and because it was halloween we arranged this cow suit for him (also used with bachelor party's) Your looking great Lars (LOL) More about the party later. My camera is not at home so I have to wait till saturday before I can upload my pictures

 

Because it was halloween yesterday a few inspirational pictures that I found. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Tim Burton.
