The day after...

The kings of Leon concert was great last night. 

It was freaking hot, the temperature was way above the 30 degrees inside with all that people but I don't care. This was the third time that I saw them play, but never saw them in a concert hall only on festivals.

They didn't play that long ( maby too hot on stage?) but what they played was perfect. I forgot my camera (stupid, stupid, stupid!!!!) So some pictures that I found on the internet.

And ofcourse I bought a t'shirt of my fav band. 

Also wanna say that I enjoy reading your comments on the news that I'll start the MIKASTORE.

I found this today.....a present from my brother with some great (fake letter) from the band members.

The letter says,

Hai Mika, sorry that you had to wait such a long time for your present. Problem was that we had a gig near the artic, Postal services don't work the same there as they do in Wales I guess. Well hope you enjoy this and I see you In HMH (concert hall) pretty soon! ( We have tickets) Cheers Kelly J. PS. Your brother rules!!

Antwerpen and some chairs

As promised a picture of my new design chairs en table. It looks great in our home.

 

This week it is raining for the last few day's every morning when I get up. I HATE THAT! I alway's go by bike to my work and also this morning the rain was falling and I was really wet when I got to work. Again I HATE THAT! The only thing that's keeps me going is my Ipod and the new album of the Stereophonics; Pull the Pinn. I love this album and I listened a lot of hours of it in Nepal . It takes me through the wet mornings in Holland and back into the sun and mountains of Nepal. (it's still in my mind what a great trip it was)

This weekend where going to Antwerpen. Once in a while we book some weekend and enjoy eachother and the city life. There is a lot to see and we love the MUHKA museum and my all time favorite the MOMU. There is a great Bernhard Wilhelm exposition ( fashion designer) I must go there and see all the things he made. If your in Antwerpen just go there and enjoy his work. Tomorow just one day at work and then time to relax....Antwerp here we come, see you!

One day to go so lets rock!!!

Wednesday 16:15 a few hours before we go to rock Werchter in Belgium. We are at home and can't wait before we go. (it's only a couple of hours because at 05:00 were in the car picking up some friends) I'm just in the mood for some music, beers and sun (maby the sun dance?)
